National Youth Week Recap

National Youth Week 2018 is all wrapped up!

We had a fantastic time hosting all of the events for the community and the Organizing Committee felt that the event was, overall, a success!

This being the inaugural NYW hosted at Richcraft Recreation Complex, there was a bit of a learning curve with regards to the events that we hosted and how we planned them. Fortunately, we could not have had a better group of local volunteers to lead the charge and break through for future Organizing Committees.

Events such as the Trivia Night, Family Movie Night, and the Escape Room were all wildly popular and will likely return in future years. For older teens and youth, we had a Career Workshop for resume writing that was popular, though we hope to have more "fun" activities for them in the future!
